Prothots may terminate our representation and your access to our services if:

• You fail to cooperate or communicate with us regarding your case
• A conflict of interest arises that prevents continued representation
• You engage in conduct that violates these Terms and Conditions
• Continued representation would violate ethical rules or legal obligations
