Professional Experience

Loren began his legal career as a law clerk with Gene and Cyndy Ciancio while still in law school and joined the firm as an attorney in 2003. Since then, he has built a litigation-focused practice handling complex cases for individuals, businesses, and organizations throughout Colorado.

His liquor licensing practice includes handling new license applications and defending clients against liquor license violations. Loren represents a wide range of clients, from small family-owned businesses to large national corporations, including restaurants, taverns, theaters, and retail liquor outlets.

Leadership & Bar Involvement

Loren is highly active within the legal community and served as President of the Colorado Bar Association (2015–2016). During his presidency, he traveled across Colorado, working with attorneys, legal professionals, and judges throughout the state.
